Tracy has been an environmental engineer with one of the world's largest engineering firms for over a decade.
Today, she leads teams that help clients manage and mitigate the environmental impacts of their operations in a variety of industrial and commercial sectors, including multi-billion dollar mining projects. Tracy is another one of the original people that helped create Vermillion Institute.
